Together with Covesto Asset Management, Timo Buss initiated Covesto Patient Capital in early 2020.
Mr. Buss serves as Chief Investment Officer at Covesto Asset Management and is responsible for advising the Patient Capital Fund across all dimensions of its investment strategy.
He studied Finance at the University of Cologne and at the Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics in Portugal. Alongside his academic training, he completed internships in investment banking, with institutional investors, and at a family office specializing in value investing. He began his professional career as an equity analyst with a sector focus on retail and consumer goods.
Prior to the founding of the fund, Mr. Buss advised two investment firms with assets under management in the nine-figure range on international equity selection.
